This particular image has the distinction of appearing on the back cover of Comico's ROBOTECH MASTERS #21 comic book, although there the image is flipped horizontally and is minus Nova Satori. This is a line-up of Zor Prime, Sean Phillips, Dana Sterling, and Nova Satori. Notice that Zor's Southern Cross uniform is the wrong color scheme (the body of the uniform should be white, not light green), and Sean is wearing his pre-demotion 1st Lieutenant's uniform (used only in episode 37, "False Start").
